Both collectors and investors have interest
in all early American gold coins and all early American
gold coins are scarce to extremely rare. These are coins
that are highly desirable to collectors of all sorts of
gold coins but because of the thrill of owning an
extremely rare "early" of which only a few dozen or less
are knows is quite compelling here in the USA and
overseas. A number of strategies can be considered when
factoring these coins in terms of investments. To
assemble a "set" of early half eagles can be done for
less than a million dollars unless the buyer wishes to
compete with numismatists of history and assemble a true
registry set. Imagine inheriting a collection of these
deeply historic and American gold coins!
