1895-O Morgan Dollar (Morgan S$1), NGC AU58 PL, CAC. Morgan Silver Dollars have long been the Kings of American numismatics. The large size of the coin, appealing design, multiple mint marks, long series tenure, myriad of varieties, and wonderful history have all combined to make this series extremely popular and widely collected for decades. Perhaps more has been written and more is known about this series than any other.

The 1895-O is a key date in the series and extraordinarily in demand at all times. In the mint state grades, this date quickly ascends into strong five and six figure price levels. This glorious specimen is one of just 34 certified as Proof Like by PCGS/NGC with only 8 higher making it extremely rare. Only the faintest hints of wear have prevented this coin from vaulting to a considerably higher grade and price point.
