1987 American Samoa America's Cup Race NGC PF Ultra Cameo Gold and Silver Set. This bullion proof set consists of three coins. The 10T and the 25T are graded PF67 UCAM and the 100T is graded PF70 UCAM. Each coin shows deep mirror cameo contrast as expected for a UCAM designation. The grade of PF70 is the highest that any of the grading services gives and indicates perfection. UCAM means the coins were made from specially polished dies on treated planchets to get the ultra cameo deep mirror effect. The strike on each coin is full on both sides. The 10T 1 oz silver coins obverse shows a ship sailing on rough seas. The inscription is AMERICAS CUP 1987 PERTH. The reverse shows the cup circumscribed by dots. Between the dots and the edge is the inscription SAMOA I SISIFO with the weight, denomination and fineness below.

The 25T 5 oz silver coins obverse shows a sailing ship in calm waters. The inscription is AMERICAS CUP PERTH - AUSTRALIA . The date is incuse below the ship in the water. Except for the weight and denomination, the reverse is the same design as the 10T coin.

The 100T gold coin uses the same obverse as the 25T silver coin. The reverse shows the Samoan coat of arms with the denomination below:
