I hope all is well. It's been very busy on the west coast of Florida particularly with the weather. Southwest Florida where we are located having experienced 2 category 4 hurricanes in the last decade escaped this one thank heavens but even before it hit my homeowners insurance lady called to advise my insurance was being raised yet again. They really have us roped and tied, one way or another. Thank heavens for homestead tax exemptions or else we'd be getting it from that direction too!
Well, I think my favorite store bought eggs are a little over $12. a dozen now. Purchased any prime filet mignon lately? Seems like everything is not just costing more it's costing a lot more. Similar has been seen in the gold markets lately although I'm not sure I feel very comfortable buying gold at $2600/oz, but then again I do feel strongly about buying a rare coin to add to the collection as it seems they too are experiencing upwards price movement depending on the type of rare coins we are looking at. Most of the inventory you see is purchased by those of us who have been in this business for decades. The same name, same place, very consistent, for decades.
