USRCI Welcomes Mike Sussman as Senior Numismatist!

US Rare Coin Investments announced today
that it has named Michael Sussman as
the company’s new Senior Numismatist.
Mr. Sussman will be responsible for
the research department as well as website
information. He will also be a senior
sales manager for the firm.
Sussman,
who has a background in direct sales,
was a high school assistant principal
in charge of English and Social Studies
for a large urban high school for twenty-two
years. In addition to secondary school,
Mr. Sussman has taught at the college
level in a teacher education program.
He has published numerous articles on
teaching methodology. He is a graduate
of Brooklyn College where he earned
his bachelors and masters degrees. He
also did post graduate work at New York
University.
Mr.
Sussman has been involved in numismatics
since childhood. He is a member of the
ANA, CONECA, EAC, and SUSCC. He specializes
in Standing Liberty Quarters, Bust Halves,
Large Cents, Early Commemoratives, and
error coins. He is also interested in
eagles and double eagles of Augustus
Saint-Gaudens.
